Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same service.
Cancelled Before Service: If you cancel the service request before a technician is assigned or dispatched.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
Service was completed but customer is dissatisfied due to issues not related to the original complaint.
Repairs were performed and parts were installed as requested.

Refund Process
