  3. Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same service.

  4. Cancelled Before Service: If you cancel the service request before a technician is assigned or dispatched.


🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

 

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Service was completed but customer is dissatisfied due to issues not related to the original complaint.

  • Repairs were performed and parts were installed as requested.

  • Damage caused by misuse or unrelated issues after service.

  • False or incomplete information provided by the customer during the service request.
